I have just returned from Lister house having my Covid Vaccine and I want to thank everyone involved for the wonderful work they are doing so well organised and a credit to the NHS. Thank you. Everyone so polite and efficient so grateful to the Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, receptionists and especially the many volunteers be proud of yourselves.
Flu Clinic was well organized, efficient and well-staffed. One way system in place so safe distancing was no problem. I hope you would pass this message onto those responsible for an extremely good service.
I had my flu jab this morning at your flu clinic, and just wanted to say that it was extremely well organised and efficient. Well done for arranging a smooth, professional and very very speedy process.
I am writing this morning to say how fantastically organised I thought today's flu clinic was organised.
It clearly showed how much work has been done by all of the staff both in advance and on the day itself.
You obviously took care when enforcing social distancing rules, accommodating the needs of all your patients and the fact that many people could have been found this necessary process in a negative way.
As I queued outside there was only one lady who was negatively griping about the NHS. Everyone else seemed to be stoically waiting their turn.
When I needed to be weighed and have my feet checked a few weeks ago as part of my diabetic review, the Health Care Assistant mentioned that flu jabs would be happening soon but I never imagined how well run and efficient this process would be.
Please feel free to pass on my experience to anyone who was involved in any part of today's 'event'. You should all be immensely proud of the work that you and the NHS have done for your local community today.
I am writing to say Thank You to the members of your staff for restoring my hearing to me.
I phoned on Monday, got an appointment for Tuesday, was told my ears needed syringing. Went back on Wednesday and had it done.
I have been having problems for a few months now and couldn't get anybody to examine my ears properly.

The practice is understandably overwhelmed and communication is therefore limited or delayed in response to queries, but I would like to praise the surgery receptionists for their assistance when visiting the practice.
Most of all a big thank you to the Secretaries whom I am so grateful for a report, which I requested to enable me to start a job, was responded to, and delivered to me very quickly.

I have been a long term patient at Lister Medical Centre & have always received excellent care & service from Dr ### & the staff there. Due the current extenuating circumstances we all find ourselves in (the Covid 19 pandemic) I felt it necessary to contact you & show my appreciation; by saying a big "THANK YOU" to everyone at Lister Medical Centre, for the dedication, care & support given.

I’ve been a patient for years at this doctors surgery, over the last few years I have seen a great improvement in the overall running of the practice. In my opinion, it has grown brilliantly with great customer care and support from all members of the team. I had an issue with a prescription and I got put through to the manager who dealt with me - and she did an absolute wonderful job, she was very helpful and sorted out my problem straightaway. She was extremely kind, polite and understanding. I would like to thank everyone at Lister medical centre for all their hard work. I would like them to know that it is very much appreciated. The new sit and wait clinic is great.

Couldn't wish for a better GP surgery. All the doctors are approachable and considerate and my own doctor is excellent. I understand it can be frustrating sometimes when you wait past your appointed time but when you know that you're going to be seen and examined properly it's well worth the slight inconvenience. I wouldn't dream of changing my doctor or the surgery - they even checked up on me after hours making sure I had everything I needed.
In my lifetime I have had 3 doctors surgeries, but by far the Receptionists at Lister are the kindest, politest and most helpful that I have met. Whenever I have to come into the surgery everybody does their best to help me and I never feel rushed.
I was having a quite severe Asthma attack last Friday, my wife drove me to the surgery, and within 30 minutes I was given 10 minutes on a Nebulizer had a 5-minute rest, and was then seen by the duty doctor who checked me very thoroughly gave me a prescription for a chest infection and steroids to help with the Asthma. Thank you all, I could not have had better attention than this anywhere.

I would like to draw your attention to the EXCELLENT service, help and guidance we have received from the practice nurse today. I attended an appointment with my autistic son today. Her instructions to him were perfect and I feel she went over and above to make future appointments easier for him in his transition. Please give her our thanks once again.
I am writing to say a very big thank you and commend Nurse ### for her care and attention when I visited the practice for my injection. I was very tense and nervous, but she addressed my concerns and make me feel relaxed. I really appreciated her for taking the time and attention and treating me like an individual as opposed to just another number/patient, as happens too often within the NHS system. I cannot thank her enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to the rest of my family.
