New appointment booking system

From Tuesday 14th November 2023 Lister Medical Centre will move to a new appointment booking system.

From that date, the way to contact the practice will be via an online request form and the link will be found on our website.

Once you have submitted the form, this will be triaged by a member of the team. All medical requests will be reviewed by a doctor who will then allocate the most appropriate response. For appointments we will aim to send out booking links which you can use to book the most appropriate slot available. For administrative queries, one of our reception or admin team will respond accordingly.

We know this will be a big change for our patients, but we hope this will help to enable you to receive the care you need from the right colleague at a time that suits you.

Further information will be available soon but to reassure you, during the first week additional colleagues will be available in the waiting area to support you with the new system and to answer any questions you may have. Our phone lines will still be operational for those patients who cannot access or complete the online form.

In the meantime, please contact reception in the normal way.
